Order requests
Submitting checkout saves an order request. It does not collect online payment or by itself confirm fulfilment. Send the request on WhatsApp so our team can confirm availability, delivery and payment arrangements before you accept them.
Prices
The checkout quote includes the displayed product total and delivery charge. Review the final quoted amount before confirming. An expired quote or a change in stock requires another check.
Product information
Check the product packaging and available ingredient/allergen information before ordering. Contact the team if information you need is unavailable.
Questions and changes
Contact support with your order reference for changes, cancellations or problems. Read the delivery and returns information before completing payment with the team.
